Car for sale: 1996 SSB Civic EJ9

We have owned this car for just over two years has never missed a beat. Passed both the MOT’s in that time with flying colours the only advisory it had was front drop links which were changed last year.

Has MOT until the 6th of October 2012

Has Tax until 31st July 2012

We purchased the car with 15000 genuine miles on the clock. Has some service history but I have carried out the last service that it had. Oil was changed for Fuchs and a Hamp oil filter, plugs were also changed for some NGK ones.

The suspension was fitted by the garage i trust with all my cars, and a full alignment was carried out last week.

Do have a lot of receipts for previous items from the past owner and ourselves. And the grey Honda folder.

Service book is stamped up to 31,500 miles!

Comes with both keys and also the red one, it also has a Cobra alarm fitted.

Mileage: 21700 miles but still being used so will rise.

Condition: Good condition for the age of it few car park dings mainly in the driver’s side door. Also has a slight scrape also on this door which I will try to polish out this weekend.

No major rust just had a slight bit starting above the driver’s side rear bumper mounting point that was treated and painted.

Scrape on the passenger side bottom of the rear bumper, would get covered if you fitted a rear lip like I planned to but never got round to it.

Modifications:

E30 BBS alloys that were powder coated in metallic grey last year. Front tires are Toyo T1R’s and the rears are Toyo proxes.

Also come with all 4 centre caps with carbon BBS stickers and wrinkle effect paint on the locking nut.

Ek9 shocks with Eibach springs

Daihatsu Charade Recaro's driver’s side has a rip in the material, but will include the rear bench I got with them so it can be re-trimmed if needed.

Facelift rear lenses.

Clear side indicators.

All indicator bulbs have been changed for chrome ones.

PPW SiR front lip, needs a bit of tweaking as it is sagging in the middle from a bracket getting bent.

SiR grill painted SSB.

12x6 plates (will also include a SSB rear plate surround)

Supersprint backbox.

De-wipered and de-badged rear.

Titanium burnt effect gearknob.

Does not have the mudflaps on anymore as they were taken off due to catching!

Location: Cirencester

Price: Gauging interest really but looking for around £2500 ono

Sensible offers will be considered but am in no rush to sell.

If anyone wants other pictures of specific things then drop me a PM and I will get them for you.

Very nice and tidy low miles also! GLWTS

it says the book is stamped to 31,700 miles but the car has only done 21,500 miles is it a misprint!

Super clean! Would be a really nice base for a project!

Cheers for all the comments guys.

No misprint, it was originally owned by and old lady in Scotland who obviously did not drive it much it has had as low as 500 miles between service intervals.

Think the garage she took it too made a lot of money out of her!

very very clean car and with that mileage is extemely rare nowadays GLWS

Nice clean car, would be a good first car or project etc :nice:

I think Dan k meant by this it says on your ad service stamped to 31,700 but the cars overall mileage is only 21,500 so the service stamps are more than the mileage of the car.

I know what he meant the book has been stamped up to that not by me or my garage that i use, but by the previous garage that it was looked after by in Scotland.

Cant do anything about that unfortunately!

Not for sale now anyway the other half has decided to keep it.

He has mentioned if you read the post that this isn't for sale any more
