Hi guys, Ive searched and cant find an answer. Im in the process of changing my steering wheel to an EK9 wheel, took mine off, just to see what was involved before I get it, easy job. I put it all back together and the SRS light wont go out. I have disconnected the battery and have taken the fuse out, and it still wont go out.

Can anyone help? I dont like driving around with it on. I want to sort this asap.

Ben

Theres a reset module under the driver side dash. As far as I remember its called the MES Connector.

Thanks for the info, I watched the video, but I dont really get it. Do I need something to do it, or is it just a case of finding this yellow plug and disconnecting it and turning the ignition key? I need some more help please.

Thanks,
Ben

You find the plug, its plugged into a blank connector under the dash.

Get a piece of wire, or even a paper clip, and copy the sequence in the video.

So what do you do with the wire/paperclip? Sorry for the questions, I just find the video hard to follow as its quite far away and hard to see what hes doing. If you could step by step it for me that would be greatly appreciated. I will up your rep for your help too ;o)

I just want to sort this, as things like this really make my tits hurt.

Thanks,

Ben

Yeah thanks, had another look at that, and wrote it all down, so Im going to give it a go with some wire/paperclip and see how I get on. Thanks for all your help.
