SRS Lamp =/

Hi mates,
since yesterday evening my SRS Lamp is glownig. I checked the fus under the steering wheel but the fuse is ok.
Are there other fuses or relais?
Can you give me some tips what the problem is? And if there are some other technical problems can i take spare parts from other ej/ek civics? Order the original ek9 parts at honda would be expensive

You could just try resetting the srs. Use the yellow 2 wire plug in the middle of the fuse board.
Just google it for procedure.

Bridge out the two terminals, turn ignition on, when light goes out un-bridge wires, when light goes on re-bridge, when light goes off un-bridge. Then you will get 2 quick flashes that means it's been reset. Do all the bridging within 2 seconds foe each step.

Well i tryed it and it worked...

I did the reset, started the engine and all was fine. Then when I started do drive and rotate the steering wheel the SRS lamp started glowing again

Could it be the squib?

I hope not... think that this item would be expensive... especially if you have to order an ek9 airbag for the steering wheel

Did you open it up and see if its just a loose wire?

You just need the new squib not srs. any ek should fit it.
