Spring question.... Brand? Spring rate? How much drops?

I have a bilstein b8 shocks for my ek. I'm looking for set of spring now. It is my weekend car and will go to for track sometime. If any body can help and any suggestion for any brand? Spring rate? And how many mm lowered? Thanks
 
Contact D Faulkner about some custom springs. Top quality, not that expensive and you get exactly what you want. For off the shelf Billy valving I would stick around the 350F/250R rates, maximum of -40mm really unless you fancy bottoming out everywhere.
 
Failing that, the higher rate Eibachs will be best, can't remember if it's the pro kit or sportlines that offer the higher rates...
 
Sportlines harder 310F/275R compared to the pro-kit which is 290F/190R but the sportlines lower the car by 50mm so will probably be to low for the billy's could run pro-kit though which only lowers by 30mm.
 
Sportlines will be OK actually, the B8s are shortened for lowered cars.

To OP or Kozy how well do you think the b8 perform? Was having a look at these or koni yellows.
 
I had Yellows, they are good but I would go for the B6/8 next time.
