spark plugs help!

I need to change the plugs in my b18c r but to be honest dont have the money at the min to splash out on irridium plugs so can someone please tell me what normal cheaper plugs to use and where i would get them at a good price!
in Ireland preferably.

go in to a local auto factors and they will give you the right ones. cheaper then ordering ones from somewhere

NGK BKR7E-11.. about €4 a plug.. copper is best !
