Spark Plugs for Ek4

Hey guys, I have a 1998 Ek4 1.4 as my daily, what spark plugs should I get for it. Don't need them to be super racing spec but I don't want shajt ones =/

NGK Iridium plugs BKR7EIX-11 for a b series engine. But as you've said a ek4 1.4 which is not correct, as its either a ek4 (B16a2) or an ej of some sort with a 1.4 d series engine.

OEM plugs should be ngk BKR5E-11 I believe. they are just used for indicating different engine code. Ie. 1.4=ej9. 1.5=ek3. 1.6 twin cam =ek4/9(type r). So yours would be an ej9

hmm......i searched google?! just put "1.4 civic spark plugs", and sure u will find something?! i am not sure if this apply to ek as well, on the eg, the OEM spark plugs parts number are on the timing belt top cover. OEM uses NGK.

just go into any decent motor shops, give them your reg or parts number if u got it, they should always have them in stock, bought some for my car today, cost me just under 16 quid for 4.
