sidemarker question.

alright i just want to ask some1 with a legit ctr.

i wired my side marker lamps so they are always unlit untill i flick my signal. i see alot of people who wired them up so they come on when the parking/headlamps come on but i was told that was wrong? so please le me know the correct way to have these wired.

indded they should be off untill 'indicating'

i find it quite funny, here in the uk people go mad for 'jdm tail gates' and convert their 'indicator lights' to come on with the side lights (us style)

yet in the states you guys go the other way...



it r a funny life....

actually a lot of guys in the sates have it backwards, where the sides come on with the parking lights, myself included

I have it when you turn on your parking/headlights on. Maybe I should re-wire it and have it to be off untill I flick the signal while haveing the lights on. I didn't even know

do it right mate

i have seen BWMs and other cars with sidemarker turn on ONLY with the blinker

i guess ill be rewiring mine aswell
