Dont mean to sound nasty as its nice to see someone doing some work on their own car but why did you take the engine out in pieces and how long did it take you?

Could have taken it out much easier than how it looks like you did ! And in like 2hrs

Good job on your welding - something i still need to try more of !

Because Im always busy and I dont have a impact at the moment. I will be taking the mounts off tomorrow and might try to get the engine bay done.

Havent been working on it much lately due to it being cold outside. I need to finish grinding down a few more welds and then I can get back to sanding.

Yes I know there are still alot of highs and lows...

Im still pushing to get this painted and maybe running by spring IA.. Parts will start being ordered once I get close to finishing the bay.

If anyone has ever done a complete shaved by as what Im doing you know the pain im going threw on this ****.. Dont think I would ever do it again.

How long do ya reckon shavin a bay will take? thats welding ang filler work.

googd work bud, the shaving is the easy bit now you have to tuck the wiring loom :nerv:
