sell my ek for ep3?


I really can`t understand why people think so little of the EP3? Sure this is ek9.org, but we can`t overlook serious facts here: ep handles better, has a lot more potential, 6th gear is a huge advantage and is overhaul a newer car. The weight difference everyone is talking about isn`t all that big, and what`s more to that the 6 gear box well compensates for that as well as better pull down low courtesy of the VTC. The b series are more raw stock, but with i/h/e and a remap K20`s can easilly make 230hp~240hp. Numbers a non stroked B series engine can`t even dream about.
and yes i have driven both cars extensivelly in track and the ep was less tiresome around the track.

Buy the EP3 at 1k if you have any sense at all and use the money left from your car to make it better.

I have an SiR EK, dad has a JDM DC2 and mum has a 2006 premier EP3.

The EP3 is quick no doubt and handles really well in stock form and feel's nice and smooth to drive, however for me the raw excitement just isn't there. Stock for Stock the DC2 is the faster, fun and more exciting car IMO. I would chose the EP3 if you are using it as a daily, there quiet, comfortable and can be fast. The DC2 and SiR are only 2nd cars for us.
