Roof seam seal rust

I went to look at an EK9 shell last night and noticed the seam sealer has cracked and underneath looks like there was some rust near the top of the boot where the roof and the side panels meet.

I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this before and how hard was it to repair.

This is very common on hatches. It's where the seam sealer has cracked and has let water through. Not really an issue IMO and could be easily sorted out and covered in some new sealer or similar to keep the water out.

So don't be thinking it's a cut and shut of had a new roof or anything lol.
