RoEk9`s Fully Resprayed Photo Snaps

Yeah it does make you realise how nakkered the old paint was! It's nice to be able to see where your money goes and I think makes it totally worth while.

Again it looks freaking awesome in those snaps! :wow:

Ye exactly after all most of these cars are 12-13 years old!

Thanks man :D i was looking at yours and its a mint expamle! :nice:

Looks great mate! May I ask what it costs? I suspect it's a lot cheaper in the UK than here in Holland

Thanks man, Im based in Ireland and it cost me 2k so would we about 1600-1700 pounds.!

Hmmmm, ok, same prices as here. Not interesting then as my paint is in pretty good shape except the front (stone chips) and a very slight difference in color between doors and rear of the car.

I reckon any good spray job would be around that price, if your car is on good nick there's no need the only reason I decided to get a full respray was because I had a bang in my door and needed it repsrayed! Then I just made a decision to do the whole thing! A lot of ek9s are like that but it isn't noticable unless in certain light!

You'd say the same for s/s exhaust but here in Holland if you want a custom one be prepared to pay 800-1000 euro's. So I thought, painting is also cheaper in the UK :p

Wow, sounds like everything is very expensive over there!! Is it because theres not as many hondas around? Still cost a lot for a good job unfortunately!

Enough Honda's around, just companies profiting :p I think the custom car scene is not big enough to be competitive for things like custom exhausts. Not enough companies for proper competition. And besides, lot's of brand whores here. No showing off with a non-brand exhaust. All show, no go.

Good stuff. I like to see a well looked after car, not that common in the south anymore unfortunately. Keep it up.

@RO , fairplay at playing the proper price to get a proper job , hat when people pay like €800 to get a crappy paint job , to me thats €800 wasted instead of €2000 invested :win:

Where isnt there any hondas lol! Ye there is so many companies here the prices are reasonable! Custom exhausts seems to be on the rise, ye it could be tricky trying to show off a custom one when everyone else is rocking spoon n1s and spec II`s!

Thanks :D, ye there really isnt that many nice example around at all most have been trashed crashed or broke!

Cheers Darragh ye i mean i could have payed 800 for a piss job that would leave the car in nearly a worse state and defo would need to be done again in the near future! I looked at it the exact same way, the spray job will always stand to me so it was worth it! :D :))
