I Just got some Honda HFP fit Rims there 16X6.5 there hot. My problem is that in the rear they are rubbing on the camber assembly. I was told to grid it down but they still knock off the little weight on the rim. what is the problem what should i do????

the offset might make it sit too far in, getting a spacer could fix it if that's the problem. It's pricey though, but that's what you gotta do to get it done right

i had this problem one time before, problem is those wheels have the counterwheights on the back, take them to a wheel shop and ask them to put them on the backside of the lip = problem solved :nice:

I'm pretty sure it's your offset and the only true way of fixing it properly would be spacers. I have 16x7 with +38 offset and have no issues, i'm also lowered with a lil over 1" wheel and fender gap.

can you post a pic of the wheels straight? that will give us an idea if the wheel is sitting in too much, which would be an offset issue as mentioned above...

these rims have a OFFSET OF 55mm. so i think spacers is the answer.

its not bad, it just means the wheel sits in a lot and you need spacers to fix the problem, try some 5mm spacers and see what happens. there very inexpensive and should fix your problem, you might even be able to use 10mm spacers, i can get you either one if you cant find them locally.

Many people are telling me to go with a camber kit for the rear. Which would most likely fix my problem. Spacers OR Camber Kit ???

A camber kit won't solve your problem, as the camber will only affect the distance of the wheel and tire from your struts, where as what you need to do is move the wheel out from the hub which spacers should solve the problem. Try and get hub centric spacers if you can as this will avoid any ballancing problems that could occur.
