Price: £15 a Pair, Posted
Paypal: Yep, Bank Transfer, Cash etc.
Location: Basingstoke
Condition: Brand New, Hand Made
Description:
Home made rear light gaskets for EK's. Decided to make these after having plenty left over from making my own.
I have spent a while searching about for the right type of foam before getting hold of this stuff. It's called TEMPRA - High Temperature EPDM Foam Sheeting.
The High Temperature EPDM is mainly suitable for applications where the material is required to withstand high temperatures and also cope with ozone effects. The EPDM material used for the product provides a good temperature range of -50°C to +121°C and resistance against high temperatures, weathering and ozone.
EPDM is also used for many other applications within the automotive industry.
Foam seems to be very similar, if not identical to the stuff Honda use and I have been very impressed with it so far.
At 5mm thick they are 2mm thicker than OEM.
I have 5 pairs available for now. If there is enough interest I can get hold of some more.
Please note these are hand cut and although I have tried my best some of the cuts may not be 100% clean and straight. I will be test fitting all I make on my own lights just to be sure they're right.
I have off cuts of the foam if anyone would like a sample and see what the foam is like.
