Hey guys i put a rear disc conversion onto my ej9 i fitted new energy rear trailing arm bushes and i have an ek4 rear anti roll bar i also have skunk 2 lca's. When im drivind the car the back end feels swingy its even worse when the roads are wet. Can anyone shed any info please :\ ?

Im going with you fitted poly bushes into the rear trailing arms?
If you have that might be why the back end feels looser because you've taken out the flex in the RTA bushes so the car cant change its toe under braking like Honda designed it to. Adding a bigger rear roll bar also leads to more oversteer.
So those two thing combined have probably lead to that but just check everything done up right just to be safe.

It was swingy before i fitted the poly rta bushes and anti roll bar mate. Im going to get the allignment done next saturday see if that cures it :/

Oh ok mate ye that will be best then, Make sure everything is done up properly though and maybe check tire pressures it could all be a factor.

So you've basically changed all the rear suspension, not had it aligned, and you're wondering why it doesn't feel very planted?

I think I see the problem. A full geo setup will almost certainly cure it!
