question about ecu

Alright everybody I have a p28 with a sst 27sf512 .. (I think) lol I got the numbers right but idk if its sf or something else .. Anyways .. Are these chipped ecus any good ? And also in the NEAR future I plan on running hondata s300 .. Will I be able to use it with this chipped p28?
