what kind of times do you guys get from quarter miles?? proper timed runs with slips? the quickest ive had from my first day dragging was 14.9@ enniskillen straightliners with a wet track. i want to improve on this obviously so am asking what mods you quicker guys have. my car spec...

b16b
4-1 mani
spec 4 buddy club exhaust
de cat
itg carbon maxogen airbox
orc clutch and flywheel
spoon coilvers
tyres were set to 30 psi.... i now know thats wrong.
launching from 3.5- 4kr pm

14.9 @ enniskillen 09 on wet track

you done better than me , i was in the 15's there was no grip . leek9 was setting some good times .

14.7 or something like that hard to get grip cant wait 4 it this year

On the b16b pretty much stock bar a cat back and open filter I got 15.2 so yours isn't a bad time especially on wet track as you say. Most get around 15.0 mark with basic mods.

On the B18CR with:

DC2 OEM air box with custom air feed in Bumper
Apexi exhaust system
Resonated Decat
Import sprung header
Fidanza 3.4KG Flywheel

Managed a 13.7 on 888 tires with high tire pressure on dry track/cold day. 2.290 60ft which isnt great

best i could manage was 14.0

r888 on a wet track was a bad idea

15,7 with a bad start...

But now the intake (Simota CAI), the header (Megan Racing 4-1), the manifold (complete EK9) and the cat. OBX converter) is changed.
I going to change the cams too and I will try it the quarter miles in springtime

I did a 14.0 with just a Mugen catback and a Gruppe M filter. I was using street tyres though!

Probably doing mid 13's now that iv fitted ITB's, an S300 and a 4.7 FD. Going up to 1800cc soon so that should be a bit faster:))

I'll let you guys know how it turns out!

haha we'd a good dice in our last run !:D

hopefully ill make improvements this yr when ill have 888s and maybe a close ratio box and an ecu! was some craic this yr, might head up to the court soon enough to when im home!

i got a 15 dead at the pod last year in my previous car which was an EK4 VTi running a full tanabe system and manifold and a v2 intake. Im running a better set up this year in a JDM SiR so im hoping to get into late/mid 14's

I think it's important to add which strip people use to get there times as different strips tend to give slightly different times, for example crail in scotland is on a hill and has the worse surface i've seen on a strip, very hard to get grip off the line, i got a 14.7 at 97mph but i just couldn't get a good launch. did the same strip in my mates 98dc2 and got a 14.5, both running a b18c albeit the ek9 was running the wrong ecu if it makes any difference

Best 1/4 mile I got with the Ek sir hatch was 16.03 @ strightliners in Enniskillen, car completely factory stock.

I ran a 15.1 @ Santa pod when my car was stock so hoping for alot better this year with my performance parts

well i got my time on probably the worst surface imagineable

an uphill airport runway
