Hey you lot..
As some of you know, i decided to put my car up for sale a few months ago but had no interest so i decided to spend a further fortune on it to get it exactly where i wanted it.
But after much thought on it i just can't afford to keep it anymore with the cost of fuel going up and my monthly insurance bills etc etc it's all got out of hand. i'm 22 and currently started a new apprenticeship and at my age, earning peanuts and trying to run a B20 teg is just not viable.
My car has been re-listed and back up for sale but yet again i'm getting no interest and i can only put it down to the fact of pople not knowing enough about the B20 engines and people buy Integra's for the "B18c-R" label you know?
So i'm thinking maybe it's best i try sell my entire built motor and swap it back for a B18c-R then try sell it that way. What do you lot think?
I also wouldnt know what sort of price i would put it up for (i know how much it's cost me to build tho!)
Here's the spec:
B20B3 block 9.6:1 CR
B18c4 P72 GSR rebuilt head with 10 thou skim (brand new honda OEM Valve stem seals)
EK9 cams
Skunk2 Pro series Intake manifold
BBK 70mm Throttle body
Facelift Prelude 280cc injectors
P28 ECU dyno tuned on Crome
F1 stage 2 clutch
F1 4.4KG flywheel
BWR Vtec conversion kit
ARP head studs
ITR oil pump
ITR water pump
ITR timing belt kit
Ideally i'd need enough cash to buy a 98 spec B18c motor plus labour to swap back over.
All help appreciated
P.S would be a perfect engine to swap into an EK9!
