power door lock problem

I have 96 civic coupe and my power door lock on my passenger side is not working everything works fine on the driver side but on the passenger side it seem like there's no signal going to it. I've also replaced the actuator with a brand new one from Honda and test it out and nothing. I've also replace both fuses for power door locks and replace the driver door lock switch and nothing. I'm thinking that something it wrong with the wires but I don't know how to test it.

Please help I'm getting annoyed of unlocking/locking it for my passengers all the time.

Get a volt meter get os accross the positive and negative of the actuater and press the fob and if any voltage is present
