there was problem with the steerin colum durin the week was clicking and half lockin when u turn the wheel like when u take the key out but it went away so we left it alone but on that night it locked up fully

Sorry dont understand the question right. The stitching is always on the inner side.
I got the wheel basically from ebay.co.uk. It was removed from a Accord Type R and didnt had the red stitching. Because it was very worn I gave it a saddler who upholster it with new leather and finished it with the red stitching. Thats it.
