pillar less doors

hi guys

I just saw this picture ,and was wandering it can be done.
I think it would look fantastic on a ek9 but I dnt know where I can get it done.
Just want to know if anyone has had any experience with this or has done this to their car already?

It would be so so much work and look wrong IMO.
You would see all the seal through the window, gap from roof to door would be huge and look wrong.
It would be so so much work to get it looking right
 
it would look silly unless you got rid of the other pillar too, but it would massively weaken the car

stupid thread imo.
 
lol .I appreciate the honesty guys.i love pillar less doors,but yes I get it, I am still going to have a look into it see if there is any1 around here who can do the job for me :)
 
you would need fixed windows ideally as the window mechanism is designed to use that part of the door to keep it in position on vertical movement. If you were to take it away im sure the window would suffer problems when in operation.

Everything is possible though to a point! :)

If you like it get it done! i wont knock you infact il be interested in the engineering of it!
