Oulton Park trackday


Yeah defo. My cooler is quite large. Abit oversize for an n/a b series really.
 
Car looks great. Did there happen to be a rather rapid black and orange turbo EP3 also there? I know he was due to be going to oulton so just curious.
 
Not as such. A lot of work was done at tdi as I understand it and obviously they are sponsoring him in TA, but it's the owner's own car and most of the work was done by himself and friends.

Ah right. I assumed it was TDi's as one of the TDi lads was unloading it off the trailer and driving it round early on. Very nice car.
 
Glad to see my old wheels being put to good use! Out of interest how'd you find the tyres?

Tyres worked well I think, few twitchy moments but overall considering the amount of standing water I was pleased with them!
 
Cracking photos :nice: would love to get round Oulton at some point.

Good stuff! Like I said, they're a lot better in crap conditions than the internet bullshitters will have you believe!
 
what tyres?

My ek dominated a wet oulton with ad08. i was relatively slower when it dried out.

Same with my old car at brands, that was on r888's though.
Nothing out there could hold on to the little civic, was alot of race cars pre season running aswell.
