Well I have some time of work this week and also got myself a new bike, so I decided to go up to LLandegla which is my local track and give the bike a bit of a beasting. Well as I was about half way around the 13 mile trail I misjudged a jump and ended up coming off my bike. The bike was fine and has no damage at all. Myself on the other hand didn't get off so lightly. The first thing to hit the slate ground was my knee and this is what resulted. Due to the shape of the injury I have ended up with 8 stitches and can barely walk from the swelling. So much for my week off eh.

Looks nasty mate nice bike though. A work college was up there a while back and spanned a jump and broke his collor bone and bust his bike, it's a bit of a wild course up there.
