onto engine number 3..........

I should of went K-Series :(

Really nice work put into this since the b18. So quick and efficient also. :nice:

Cheers :)

Few issues developed today, seems the IACV is sticking even though i stripped and cleaned it prior to fitting. also felt like the car was bogging down big time today, fuel pressure is up by 10psi and none of the adjustment bolts have come loose!! will need to strip the FPR down and inspect before re-adjusting :please:

anyways, seats are in!

Those seats look amazing! Doubt my arse'd get anywhere near them though lol

picked them up for about a quarter of retail and they are like new, quite the deal!

aye they're 2008 dated, not fussed though!

was indeed from a local rally team, they have been used for a mere 2 tarmac events haha

It's almost worth doing a k swap to have just that shifter, it's pure porn !

ive been rocking a k20 for over a year now ! the sensors on the throttle bodies will drop and fail constantly !!

if you have kpro simply switch off the idcv and move the tab to the left to stop it raising the idle ! not sure if you have removed the purge valve aswlel but get it taken of aswell and order a tps sensor to have for back up ! espically if your heading to the ring just to be safe ! i have two spares so i you need one pm me !

As said I have a mate with a K20 who's had an issue with the tps leaving his car stranded for a night as he had no spare. Definitely worth taking one or two to the ring! :nice:

check the resistance of the wires ! i had really high resistance on the tps reading wire ( cant remember the colour ) this was causing the tps`s to fail every few months

i dont understand why honda wont sell them on there own ! plus as most k swaps get the engines from damaged cars the small circuit boards on the tps fail due to impacts .

TPS is functioning fine, purge valve has been removed, IACV is working fine again

Currently have a suspected dodgy fuel pump so car is off the road for now till i can try my mates spare pump

Get pumping shuv!

Seriously though hopefully you've found the cause mate - hate these sort of issues!
