Oil pressure query


Cool cheers guys. Dont suppose on tge off chabce anyone has a spare sump laying about a mines a bit battered anyway. Will fit baffles to a new one

I've just found out I've got a baffled sump so the plates I bought off Will (ek9turbo) I don't need so PM me if you want to buy them £12 delivered.
 
Im sure there was a baffled b16a sump in the for sale section i think imense was selling. But may have been b16b. or sold by now. Worth checking out tho
 
always worth getting a baffled sump if your going to be putting in track time/aggressive driving

for peace of mind if anything else
 
thanks for the heads up, i saw that one earlier but iv bought a second hand sump off my mate and im going to get some tegiwa baffles. just want to make sure that this is perfectly normal though?

my sender is located where the OEM honda unit was, iv used and extension for the sender unit though and mounted the actual unit to my bulkhead and im still runing the oem one through that aswell

a lot of people just top the oil up a little bit over maximum and its fine...id say out of everybody who tracks their hondas most dont have baffled sumps...

but personally id always recommend one :))

Those brave folks on the track without baffled sumps, also I find, don't have an oil pressure gauge. Just my personal observation. lol
