ummmmm, my car will not go into gear above 4000rpm, or shift down, it seriosly will not go into any gear, is it clutch or gearbox

It sounds like your clutch has gone mate ,did you miss change or badly crash the gears when changing at high rpm or has anything else happened to make you think the gearbox is damaged or faulty ??..... if not it's most likely gonna be the clutch
That said honda clutches normally start to slip first before they totally let go and stop working !

yeah thats a clutch problem, you have to do 2 things to avoid further damage:

-stop driving the car!
-change teh damn clutch!
