This game can suck my ass. IW practically alienated the PC crowd (I have the PC version) who made them what they are. Plus I had to spend $60 on a game with a short as hell campaign that involves me killing civilians, police, and American soldiers, and a shitty dumbed down multiplayer cause they assume since console players put up with that bullshit, that we will too. This game was no better than an old school $20 expansion pack. Actually the expansion for the original CoD, United Offensive, was better than this. It had a longer, better campaign, it had the best multiplayer out of any CoD game (driveable tanks, need I say more?) and it was only $20 if I remember correctly.
I hope EA's new Medal of Honor revitalization, and Battlefield Bad Company 2 blow this **** out of the water.

that surprises me..i have never even played the campaign except for about two mins (in any of them)but am absolutely addicted to online !

Haha. Seriously though, multiplayer used to be the biggest perk to buying the PC version of any game cause of dedicated servers, more players per game, and mods. CoD4, dedicated servers so if you found one you like, you could always go to it, up to 32 players per server, not this 18 players bullshit, mods, custom maps, changed game parameters, completely new games created out of another. Removing the console and consequently destroying the ability to mod is a huge mistake.

I always complete the campain before going online. aprt from forza. That feels like it has an unlimited career

That's how I am. I'm a story junky. Online play gets old with quick because the lack of story except Team Fortress 2. I guess I like it so much because the lunacy of it. That and Valve constantly updates it and adds new stuff to it.
But that's actually another complaint of mine. I didn't like the single player campaign of MW2 that much. The whole brother's in arms, no one fights alone, fight for good, thing that the original CoD and CoD2 were all about is barely present.

I played a bit off online and just didnt think it was as good as the first Modern Warfare was
but its still ****ing awesome! Apart from shooting all the civilians WTF!!
I completed it last night on hardened and thought it was quite easy - Will go back through it and collect all the Enemy Intel's and try get all the Trophies aswell.
