not engaging gears

hey... i was wondering if anybody knows or has had a problem with your transmission in the morning. when i start the car in the morning and try to put the car in gear, it just wont do it, none of them. After a minute or so of trying it finally engages but with some difficulty. After 2 miles the transmission goes to being as smooth as always... for the rest of the day.... Anybody got any clue why??? Thanks in advance
 
What gear oil are you using, and when was the last time you changed it?
 
changed it maybe a year ago... i was also thinking it could the the tranny fluid but wanted to get other opinions..
 
hey; i m having the same issue as well now :S

wondering wat happen..

cold start up; hell it wont go in.. after awhile; some difficulty; after tat ok.

as long as cold engine start up it gets kinda JAM.

but if u'r saying its the gear oil? i recently jst change to a racing gear oil by motul b4 i enter track. but i didnt really push tat hard till i have to replace the oil so soon?? or must i?

could it be becus i went over flooded road? n something got jammed?
