So I replaced a clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Then I bled the system backwards with a new oil can using dot4 brake fluid. Bled a lot of bubbles out. I then go inside to see how the pedal is, and it bottoms out with no pressure or tension. I checked the fittings, and lines...no leaks to be found. I bled the system again using the same method...still no luck. And I also noticed (with a helper) that the shift fork barely moved or it's struggling to move when the pedal is pressed...what can it be now?

reverse bleeding through the slave cylinder bleed fitting. I attatched 3mm flex line from the bleed fitting to a brand new oil can filled with brake fluid, and pumped it, and watched the bubbles escape in the clutch master cylinder.

Try pumping the clutch then have your mate open the bleed nipple as you press the clutch to the floor, hold there until he closes the bleed nipple then pull the clutch pedal back up and repeat process till you get a good pedal. Just make sure to keep the clutch fluid reservoir topped up.

So are you suggesting that there is still air in the system and that may continue to cause no pressure in the pedal?

Without seeing it I can only assume everything is fitted ok so there must be air in the sytem. Give it ago and hopefully it works out for you.

ouch, actually i think i found the problem.

So i bled it some more, and a friend is going to stop by tonight to bleed it one more time.

It's the pressure plate.

I've noticed this before...i just assumed it was the CMC because it was leaking...but now that i recall, it was slipping under hard driving conditions, and it was driving good under normal driving conditions.

can i get a second opinion before i start throwing parts at my car to fix the solution haha :D

I'm afraid you will have to remove gearbox to inspect it

If I read and understand what u explained in the beginning, I have doughts about a tranny problem, as you said, when pressing the pedal in, the fork, where the slave works, don't or beraly moves in. There are bubbles still hiding in ur lines. A slipping clutch will have pressure on the pedal, but while driving it wil feel like still having the pedal slightly in.
