Thinking to get a Honda civic with a b16 engine, but i'am unsure whether to buy one with a b16 or buy a Honda civic without and do it myself.

as I don't know much about this type of "world"

please help me

if you find one with a b16 inside already take it!
if not think about it : do you really need that engine?
if you are a tuner or a serious car enthusiast go get it
if not don't waste your time on it
if you want to get a bit further go find a b18c or other high performance engine
