hey, been on this forum for awhile now but havnt got around to introducing myself :shocked:

any way im robbie , from ireland :nice:
dont have a ek9 (do love them thou) but do have a ek4 sir saloon :D

ENGINE SPEC:
B16A with J's racing intake ( thanks timi)
NGK plugs and upgraded lead's
billion cold air feed with blue funnel
mugen twinloop

HANDELING SPEC :
cusco zero 2 coil overs
D2 controlle arms
bridgestone potenza's (tyres) on 15" rote gt3's

EXTERIOR SPEC :
unknown lip kit(came from japen with it )

INTERIOR SPEC:
3 guaged (dash mounted )
sparco monza steering wheel
2 black recaro's
sparco pedals

dont think in forgetting anything:angry2:

By the way yur lip kit is optional Honda Access from the factory!
 
though it was about time i updated this thread :D

ok so decided to fit the cusco zero 2 coilovers today along with the D2 control arm while i was down there
i was planning on taking pictures of everything we doing and do a how to thread but kinda forgot half the time haha
anyway bit of updated for this thread ,
ya need a bunch of tool like jacks, rachets, spanners bit of wd40 the usual


ok so this is where my car is hidden at min and through the hole winter so missed snow and ice :D

ok so removed all trim from boot and jacked it up and set on axel stands

ok so removed nut from the rear struts,

removed bolts from anti roll bar, and the ones holding on the oem control arms, dropped the suspention and fitted rear cusco to the D2 arms and the fitted the lots in reverse to removal

the front , removed nuts from the front struts
now the the front rather the remove front control arms etc
i removed the fork from the shock and removed both shock and fork separtly,
then reverse this procedure with the cusco and bobs your tea pot :)

so decided to get rid pf the tacky tenzo R rocker cover,
got a oem honda one and decide to re-painted it,
this my first attempt and think it came out well enough
next one i'll be using paint stripper

this is what i used to remove paint, drill with wire brush heads

so after removing paint i primed it 3 times, fallowing times on spray cans
