New head unit into ej9(wiring)

Hi!
I want to change my old cassette pioneer deh-1530 to a new alpine head unit with rca out. Does anyone know how to connect to old pin wiring to rca out? Do i need some connectors or repin somehow?
Any links on diy?
Trying to do by myself.

You just need an iso adapter for your car model, and it's just plug and play.
I got the ISO adapter, connect it to the oem Honda leads and connect the other end to my Sony head unit. Guessing it should be the same for your one?
