Hello everyone, I'm Alex.
I figure this is pretty much the section to start, so I'll give my first post here.
I currently drive a grey 2001 mustang gt, and I love it to death. It's my fourth mustang now, however I'm going back to school, gas prices aren't what they used to be, and I don't have the money to mod it the way I had first planned. I'm stuck between selling it, buying something dirt cheap, and living like a baller in school..... Or, continue doing what I love, tune cars and enjoy my hobby. IDEALLY, Im looking for a car to keep me busy while I store the mustang away until I graduate. Hopefully by then I'll have the proper funds. Until then I want to have fun with a car that has twice the mileage, and is half as cheap.
My friends all drive either civics, jettas, Mazdas, or some muscle cars, yet after being around, knowing I want something more practical, Ive had a bit of a, excuse me, "hard on", for an older type r. I've done my reasearch and would love an ek9. I know in Canada there's no such thing,, I'm basically trying to find thé equivelant for thé Canadian version. One friend had a b16b imported, and I'm wondering if that's the only way to get that engine in Canada. I would really just prefer buyin the car that comes equipped with that engine already. I read down thé line that there's another name in Canada for the ek9. I don't want the ek4 as it has less power, and where I come from, power is good
