although im a honda nut i recently sold my EK9 and opted for a new car, took delivery of my red GT86 on the 8/05/13
still running it in for 1000 miles but very nearly there with help from a recent japfest trip, def a better daily drive and seems to have more grip than the reviews gave it credit for. anyway let me know what you's think, Neil

very nice, are these easy to get more bhp from ? if so I'd really like one in the future as the power figures are a bit of a let down.

ive took it to the red line once and i was impressed by it, its not as slow as i was lead to believe, its revs pretty freely, but its all about the chassis and handling really

Do very much like these
From what I've heard they are very hard to get power out of.
Be interesting to see if they bring a higher power model out later on.

Power figures are a let down on paper,
That's not what they are about.
They are ment to be a fun involving drive though :)

cheers dave

was looking for you at japfest duncan, spoke to the guy with the convertible s800 but he didnt know where you were.

Closest car to a ek9. But i thought it was slower than a ek9.

Did you get a manual?

I tried the automatic as well with the flappy padels and that was awesome.

Yeah it's not as quick on B roads as an ek9 but it's def as much fun, if not more, yeah I went for the manual, you can set a shift light and beep to whatever rev limit you want, just small touches like that make it fun

if i was to move away from honda i think these are the choice. very nice in red..

how would you compare it to the s2000? thats if you ever had one to compare..

Yeah I had an s2000 as well, the s2000 was more race car, stiff suspension etc, but when it let go it was hard to catch/hold it, plus it only had 2 seats which just wasnt handy for me, it was def quicker though, and I'm still waiting for vtec to kick in lol.
