I've managed to replace my front springs without issue, but I’ve had a nightmare with the rears this morning. I've slackened all the bolts at the rear and compressed the spring, but i can't manoeuvre the damper over the lower control arm, am i missing something? I've lowered a few honda's in my time, but this ek9 is becoming a nightmare.

Have you go both back wheels off the ground?

IIRC you may have to disconnect one end of the LCA too.

No I only jacked one side up, save the car moving about. Ive removed the hub from the LCA, but still can't compress the damper enough to lift it over the LCA

You need both wheels off the ground otherwise and the wheel will not droop as the ARB will be holding it up.

I only jacked one side up to do mine. I left the bolt in the LCA nearest the hub in (it was seized) and undid the one in the middle of the car. Disconnected the droplink, then just pushed the LCA down as far as I could and with a bit of force the strut came out.
