Hi i rebuild my engine everything inside fresh. i have a problem on idle i make check engine i start the engine everything good no flash of check engine light up the engine is cold normal rpm's must be 1300 maybe more or a little less for 2-3 minutes till its warm up my engine makes a cold start and after 30sec the rpm's dropped down at 550-750 and playing there and the engine try to not die i give a little throttle it goes 2000rpm and after 1000 and then again 550-750
i drive for a while 2-3 minutes after when i stop or i put neutral gear or press the clutch to go free the rpm starts go 1000-1300 for a little time and after a while again 550-750 what the hell its wrong? i try cleaning the Idle valve nothing, i have replaced it nothing, i have changed the map sensor NOTHING.. now i am on TPS (throttle possition sensor) i will change it tomorrow to see if its that but still i check that one anyone has an idea what's wrong with this problem? anyone have solve it ? anything else to check ??
i will be glad and i will try to upload now a video how it goes after cold start !!:(:(:(

Check voltage of your TPS sensor with throttle closed, adjust till voltage reads close to 0.45 volts

All the breather pipes are plugged into the inlet manifold?

when u say adjust u mean that bolt that you can adjust with the screw?
and how to check voltage of TPS?

No the actual TPS sensor itself, you can alter it's position to set voltage when throttle is closed. There may be anti tamper screws holding it in place, cut a slot into top of screw to open it with a flat head screwdriver. You can check voltage at wires on plug at TPS or at ecu. Look up ecu pinout for your model car to find which pin is TPS

its an OBD2A ecu i have.
btw i just upload the video how it works when i start it

Check the earth point on the thermostat housing, also check for any air leaks around the manifold.

I will say , grab a brake cleaner spray can and spray it around the fuel rail and injector seals. some time leaks from there and they not even make a sound.

Now us i see the O2 lambda sensor has low V is this okay it must to stay on that number of V ? or it has problem thats why i have the idle fail?

the last 2 sensors i didn't check was Knock sensor and O2 sensor , i didn't replace them to see which one had the problem so i try a Stock oem program b series on a PowerFC and solve the problem !! ty guyz for your help

the TPS sensor was okay so or the O2 sensor or the knock sensor had the problem!
