Hey Guys & Gals,

I wanted to share my most recent project with you all. I hope you enjoy the car's journey and phases. I had too many ideas floating around for this car, I bought, sold, and changed my mind many times in this build, towards the end I found direction and I feel good about the cars final state personally. A few more bits to do, and a few changes but overall I am happy.

so enjoy! and we'll begin here.

Brief specs:

---The parts I began to collect before I bought her ---
This was a OEM 96/8 rear lip I had plans for that I later sold. :(

This was a daily CTR replica rear lip, I had planned to use for the factory bumpers. They were too delicate and I never got around to installing.

I sold these later also, because the outers were not oem honda. :(

I had a set of replica sir bumpers ready to go, before I bought the car, but I later sold these as well. You'll see why.

I also allocated a "real" Mugen knob, and the replica boot I know it's a fashion cliche, but I like it. I'm not trying to be so "JDM"!

Looking good man, keepin it clean...
Were those Spoon springs?
Also is this C4 stuff like NightShade?

The blue springs were falken race springs, very few sets ever made. The "C4" was just my abbreviation for coat 4 on the lamp, I apologize for that. I actually used the "testors" smoke spray for model cars ( I do not recommend it for high heat fixtures, use night shades for that, or actual vehicle paint/clear coat system ).

Ah, cool.
How come the wheels aren't on?
Also are those like 5000k HID's in the Heads?

coming on nicely mate keep it up :nice:

just out of interest how much wud you pick up a cf boot door over there for a civic sedan 2nd hand or new?

cheers

Nice build, thanks for sharing

looks very nice m8 :) the bodywork is like glass :)

can you believe it's all original, not bad for 13/14yrs.

Ah, cool.
How come the wheels aren't on?
Also are those like 5000k HID's in the Heads?

Hmmmm no tires perhaps? LOL. The HID's are 8k

In due time.....:thanks:

Because My Saloon/sedan is equipped w/ abs I wanted to upgrade the rear drums to disc keeping ABS.

Here's my most awaited mod ever! Once this is prepped ready to install, my transformation will begin!

- My rear disc brake prep! -

I figured, I'd squeeze in a few activities per day. I have no problem springing for new bushings, they are inexpensive, but at this moment I would like to try a DIY and fill them w/ urethane myself! Hence all the cleaning of parts, which will be followed with the refinish coat to the trailing arms as well. To my knowledge the urethane will need time to set, so this weather doesn't help at all.
