Car is amazing! :O i never really liked the four door but that is one minter of a teg! FAir play bud some serious parts used! :)
 
Car looks great! Slightly off topic but how are you finding the D2 and the BC camber kit?

Buddy-Club are brilliant not had any problems with them has of yet, but not to happy with D2 has I've had them come lose number of times so looking at changing for a different brand soon

Thanks, On manifold I used Auto Glym metal polish and very fine sand paper can't remember what grade then used metal polish

Am in two minds looking at K20 or just rebuild my engine when it goes lol, has for cams I don't want noting to aggressive has its my daily driver if I do decide to rebuild my engine 1st choice is Skunk2 Stage2 cams.

What kind of prices would I be looking at for K20 conversion
 
I can't tell you prices because i am living in Greece and here the prices are very different and expensive if you don't build your car your own.

If you have it for daily drive don't go for k conversion. The car will have much noise to the interior due to the engine mounts (i hope you understand me, my english are very poor...)

For daily driving the best cams are Toda b.. Trust me, your engine will have much torque and 220-230 bhp .
Skunk2 stage 2 are similar but they don't have same quality.
Also your first choice for buddy club III is very good.

I hope you understand me, sorry again for my bad English!

:shocked::shocked:I think I'll stick with rebuilding my own engine.

Also wanted some advice guys been offered Skunk2 intake manifold with 70mm to match with blox Throttle body (throttle body which I have already got) is it worth buying it for the Dc2 type r or could I get mine oem intake manifold to match 70mm Blox throttle body..
 
It is not worth mate. Skunk2 intake manifold is similar (if not same) with itr.
Bare yours to match with your throttle body!
