my jap ek3 (d15b) build

so heres the start of stage three, got hold of a ek9 interior so started to strip the siR interior and get to work

fitted my sweet looking ek9 centre with a class radio

found a jap lad credit or lazer card in behind the dash ;0

rare enough interior light when you unlock the car

had to swap the steering colum outve a ek9 to get the steering wheel to bolt on but was well worth it

test fitted mt dc5 recaros on ek rails

slapped on my ek9 spoiler for the giggle

rubbed down my ek9 headlights with 3m compound and worked a treat

so stripped it and ready for paint!!

so im no panel beater but i said id give it ago and paint it myself...so i got to work..

came back the next day to take off the masking tape and paper and try reassemble it

ont road again,

got her home and started wrenching again,

started fitting bits

resprayed my half cage in gunmetal grey..

someway finished!

bought D2 lca's and bonnet spacers and a set of mugen showa shocks!

the anti roll bar looked pretty crappy so i gave it a lick of paint

all this was done this time last year, i bought a eg6 sir project car and the drained my funds and patience but i recently sold that so im respraying it again the same colour

@ek4sure,after seen you car in a feature in fastcar i got the horn for the brown/beige colours,

i sold on the mugen showa shocks as they diddnt go low enough so im picking up another set of teins next weekend hopefully,
