well i bought this car three years ago and at this stage i wouldnt sell it for the world:nono:

this is when i first brought it home..the spec was,
ek9 front lip,
ek9 front grill,
15"arp racing rims (i think)
ram air induction kit,

and this is what i done five months later,looking back i wouldnt do it now but that was the "****" back then,
spec then was
smooth front bumper and number plate recess smoothed out
air duct
jap plates
black bonnet
black angel lights
black eyebrows
lowered 60mm on copra springs
black enkies (stand to be corrected as i wasnt sure wat the were when i had them)
99 spec rear bumper
ebay spec 4 branch

then i ripped it apart again for the respray,

the spec now is
15" racing hartes
sir rear brake conversion done
drilled and groved brakes all round
tein super street coilovers
5ziegen boarder cat back
decat
half cage
full sir interior
carbon eye brows
full respray in daf (truck) grey with vw black roof
carbon air box


alot more done and more changes done but have to upload more pics later:nice:

With those wheels and the mirrors (BTW who makes em?) it has an old 90's DTM look to the car. Not sure bout the colour personally but overall quite a transformation!
 
^^ the reason i put it that colour was there was a young lad in town with a silver ek and sayed it looked like mine, while his was a **** box lol
 
Definately a unique look you got going man..just can't help thinking its in primer still...
 
looks nice m8 :) colour is very unsuall as said looke almost primer grey will certainly catch peoples attention :)
 
i like the colour!
although i think the 2nd picture doesnt do it any good, get some proper pics up!
 
Yea i get what ye mean with the colour, i got the same said on my local site (honda-haven.com) but when members saw it in the flesh(or metal) there opions changed,

Hope u have got rid of the angel ayes n eyebrows in the next update cos they waste your car !

I'd never see this on HH in start to finish form! Some change man in fairness. By far the most unique EK that I've come across imo. Any more plans for it or is it "finished" (if a project ever is :)))
 
i would love to have that bumper they way it was, to each their own tho. but u could have just bought a 97 front bumper for like 100 and sold other one for like 500

personally i love the colour,( kinda have i sapose)

im thinking a new style after my nct next week, going to pull it apart again and start freash:naughty:

any ideas on colours lads?? love the usdm scene with there flat colours
 
Phase 3 so :) Flat would be cool. Think it works best with darker colours like a deep bronze/chocolate. Either that or gunmetal I think would look sweet. I reckon you'd be wanting a polished rim with a slight bit of camber too to pull it off fully. Should be interesting either way. Love the style of this coupe. This is the way I'd go with it anyways if it was me doing it :)

jeeeezzz i may update this, alot of work has gone on in the last while,

new colour etc,(as seen in my profile pic) photobucket is dead slow tonight so il have a go at it tomorrow evening
