I have not been on this forum in a while. I am from Cape Town,South Africa and I would like to show you guys my Ferio
Back then, all I had was the stock rims with a N-Force 40mm drop, B18B4 motor, 50-57mm 1-Box SS exhaust and a Mugen lip.
The time came for me to get the wheels, a set of Rota Slipstreams
At the track day with a few friends
Noticed the car was still high as a kite with the 40mm drop so i bought a set of sleeveovers from my brother. And got a few other Spoon goodies. So I decided to theme my car around the 2000 Spoon Civic
( because they never built a Ferio)
With my brother's B16B powered EG
And then the time came when we want more power. I always knew i would go Frankenstein. But because of Initial D I wanted the sound of Takumi's AE86. So i went with a B18 LsVtec with Toda 43mm ITB
And the end result.......
With 10cm trumpets
But then decided to go with shorter ones
Most EK Ferios and Civic hatchbacks, in Cape Town, has a drop, spoon reps and a lip. So I wanted to be different and started browsing the net for small things to do, to make it look different.
In order for me to do this, I had to get the following: Spoon lip, 195/55/15 Yokis, "special" paint, make a stencil and insulation tape. With the help of my brother ( thank you very much, for the millionth time) we achieved this:
Spoon lip
Still dirty
After a decent wash
The paint settled in nicely
And that's the life story of my Ferio.
PS. I am not done with the look as yet, but i will keep you guys updated
