hi guys this is my first ek9 i bought after selling me facelift dc5
i met a few of you at the scottish meet on the 10th but due to other commitments i could only make to to the glasgow meet point and couldn't make it to perth so here is some of my pics from today after a wee clean:))

Looks amazingly clean mate!

Love these in yellow. Bet your made up with it!!
 
Looks great mate.. Always loved yellow on white.Any mods??.. Do you have an eps type r badge on the back??
 
cheers yeah wanted one for years now got one i love it its hard to stay in just want to keep driving it:)

i think its an fn2 badge it was on it when i bought it i quite like it i know its not really in keeping with the car,
mods are spoon n1 un silenced b pipe its loud, aem long arm , tein coilovers ,
spoon lowered seat rails , and fast road setup, skunk 2 lower tie bar,
 
Looks great. I actually like the badge too, not keen on the design or colouring of the standard rear sticker to be honest, the 'R' is a beetroot colour. Yuk.
 
seen this briefly the other day, immaculate !! hope to get a better look at it another day. Hope yellow aint coming into fashion or im selling up :p
 
It looks like a new car in those pics:nice: the white rims also go very well with the yellow! Why did you sell the dc5 to buy an ek9 if you don;t mind me asking?

I always figured that my next car might be a dc5
 
when the previous owner resprayed the car they forgot to leave the spoiler base and bumper vents black

not a big job but car looks really weird with them painted yellow

get them black

you bought this from somewhere from ayr area too yeh?
 
am sure the previous owner came down hamilton one sunday when me shingy etc were out. you might have been there aha.

Aye mate i wasnt there but John and that know the previous owner also!!
