Not really, i just want to keep it as clean as possible, and just have fun in it. Iv come from a 60bhp polo so its a comletely different machine. All i want is some genuine mats to finish it off, its all ready on buddyclub coilovers so theres not really much else i want.

this is a mint car mate, good choice 
although i have a facelift, i really do love the pre-facelift model so so much!
it sounds like your going to keep it in a mint condition too from your plans, which is ace! you've done well there finding one in such great condition. enjoy!

Yeh iv always prefered the pre facelift. The buddy club coilies are really nice actually, they quite hard but its a quality hard if you get me haha. Its going into eibach next week for a once over and make sure its set up right so may get them to soften them a bit, i quite like it as it is though.

Haha yeh i think il leave them how they are, the handling is amazing.
God knows how its so clean, the last guy who owned it worked for Honda, and only did about 4k a year in it, had it for 5 years. Guessing the front lip has been sprayed at some point, but its all perfect. Got my first stone chip the other day
nice big one on the bonnet, bound to happen at some stage though.

Cheers guys! Yeh when iv got a bit of money together il be on the hunt for a mugen air box i think. Coiloveres are really good, im gunna have a play with them this week, I think it looks great low, but its just not how i want it, i've doe the low car thing, i want to be able to drive this one properly without being paranoid on country roads.
Still not taken any interior shots, havnt got any mats yet so got these gash rubber ones in atm. Had a play with the suspension, pretty much sitting how i want but may knock it down 10mm on the front....
No real updates yet, given it a service though, gear box oil has shut up a whine it had started making when pulling off on full lock so thats all good, seems to drive a lot better now too.
