as it seems i cant go any further dodging the specs ll tell u..:p buddy club racing headers buddy club spec 3 racing exhaust buddyclub spec 4 camshafts buddyclub cam gears (mfactory short ratio gear)installed after the video. AEM standalone black version ecu eagle roads je high comp pistons!! blueprinted port springs and reatainers p1racing from buddyclub valves skunk2 high comp!! buddy club headgasket and some work done on head to make more compression, 70 mm throttle body with custom intake and work done on the inlet maniford,450cc injectors,i think thats all oh and smt i forgot my compression is 13,8..and its a daily drive car!!!
i didnt say about arp struts etc etc and all this i think theres no point...do you guys think now i deserve to have those figures on a 1600cc b16b??
 
Ive got to be completely honest with you. Your car looks no faster then mine through the gears and im running B18C 200BHP(ATF)

With that spec, the speed of the car isnt that impressive. Not insulting the car, just being honest.

Have you done any quarter mile runs?

no coz its prohibited in Cyprus and we dont have any track or smt..thats my dream to run a 1/4mile..
well what can i say m8.. in case u think its slow ok no problem i know how fast it is..and i see it everyday with the cars i go against..
oh and sry m8 bt in case u didnt notice ur car at the vid u have is way slower then mine

Sorry but when did i mention it was slow? Your putting words in my mouth. In fact on the contrary i actually said it looked fast in a previous post.

And ok, if you think my clocks look way slower thats fine, you can have that opinion. I believe they look very similar.

And to note, ive actually hit 60MPH in 5.1 seconds. You say you've hit in 5.6. So to say mine is way slower may be slightly inaccurate.

Anyway im not here to argue with you, im just being honest. Looking at your video before you mentioned power figures i thought it was around the 200BHP mark. Then you say its 200ATW. So around 230-240BHP. Really doesnt look that much power but hay.

So what kind of cars is your EK9 comparable to?

i dont want to argue either m8... how did u hit in 5.1?? u didnt launch from 0 kmh m8 and mine was spinning.. anw i love all ek9s... no matter factory engine or tuned and am not here to play the fast one there are lots faster then me just dont mention from camera m8..

May sound inaccurate but we did a few runs and they all came out around 5.1-5.3 secs. It was done with a stop watch(ok not the most accurate granted) but we did a few so give or take and were all around that figure, no higher. Which i can fully believe comparing to other cars when racing. To make sure it was as accurate as we could i tested the 60MPH speed on GPS and was actually 60MPH on clock believe it or not. At 100MPH clock, GPS reads 99MPH so clocks for some reason are pretty much bang on. So give or take it was relatively legit.

I can fully appreciate if people dont regard it as 100%, i mean i dont either but its definitely a low 5 second car, nothing gives me a reason to doubt. It grips and pulls off so nicely. I used to do the same thing in my starlet when it was stock. Stock time was 6.9 on paper, and the times i was getting was 6.9-7.1 so i believe its quite good.

NOTE: this was done with a passenger who was timing.

The time wasnt going by the video you seen. Its been done in several nights with a number of runs. from 0-60MPH.

I dont doubt you can pull off better then you did to achieve a better time. i was just saying. If there is a difference in speed, it doesn't look much.

It doesnt really matter anyway, i wasnt trying to offend or anything, just putting my opinion. Your car does look fast.
