I actually don't like the rims color/s.:shocked: I think it would look better with polished ek9 wheels.
 
i think it'll better if the wheel didnt have the red lip.. my opinion of course... stilll looks good though
 
thanks denward ... for your positive comment and thanks everyone else for your opinions and i dont think it would look good with the ek9 polished rims ...and these are the standard EK9 rims just repainted...i love them ..and in my island ...alot of ppl are saying that it is the coolest looking rim design they have seen in a repaint. missed this thread completely over 1 month ago when u fitted stock resprayed rims...which look fine.

was wondering why did u replace stock headlights... what make r those u hve fitted?

couple mates of mine hve similar frm ebay but r crap during rainy period; as water leaks into headlights...:(
 
i didnt replace them ...i want the originals now ..i bought the car with those ... i want to buy the oem headlights and hid kit and eyelids .... thanks for the positive comments ...i am working on the car ...i am in love the band on the bronze rims ...i jus think it is very cool to me ...give the car a different look... i want to modify my car and was thinking about starting with ...changing my intake - to a mold of the J's racing intake and get the filter ...and a weapon R header ... and a spoon or mugen exhaust system ... and then a 4.7 final drive ... and an apexi power fc and 20v throttle bodies. Any more ideas or hints on the car ...
 
i gotta change my shocks ...to kyb agx ..changing all 4 ... maybe later get some coilovers ! ... but for right now that is my plan for the car ! and work on the interior ... for more comfort !
 
iam vry interested on HID's for my ek too... when u get ur post them up here so i can get an idea of the damage to my pocket:D

btw: change the pic of ur car in the advatar... place one of ur ctr with new wheels:nice:

not sure if i like the rims or not,one thing is for sure, you have unique wheels and have'nt copied anyone :nice:
 
nice car, you should get those oem ctr headlights back...people will think it's just a modified EK4.

I agree with the wheels, why didn't you just paint them black and red lip instead? Then that would have been the hottest black ek9!! hmmm that gives me an idea...

ek shell by far the nicest looking hatchback civic yet to date...:nice:

any news on the hid's...?
 
i dont see the issue with the rims !! lollol but thanks anyway guys ..i prefer to be unique ... and by having that bronze with red ...it is very unique ..when the car is modded the rim colour will be changed again to something a bit more unique but i think i will like it more !! thanks alot guys !! will keep you posted and yes i will cahnge back to the OEM lights ..and get HID's !
