Mirrors Not Working

Hey lads, just wondering could anyone help me out with this problem..

Picked up my new EK9 a few weeks ago and the electric's for the mirrors will not work and they will not retract either when i push the button..

Just wondering does anyone know what might be up with it, thinking it might be a fuse myself but i don't speak Japanese so i can't find out what fuse is where...

Any help would be great!!

Na mate there nothing out of them at all thats why i think it might be a fuse...
