mf 4.9 final drive

hi can anybody tell me will the mf 4.9 final drive go into the ek9 box with out any mods or is there other parts needed as far as i know the box has a 4.4 standed final drive also if anybody got one let me no

Have you tried emailing Mfactory??

Or read through there site?
 
search button? few threads bout mfactory f.d's and gearsets....but
No mods required just pick the one for the your box.

Yes, it is a direct fit. The Part Number you require is: MF-TRS-02B49A :)
 
What do's the set brings?
1 shaft, 1 gear? 2 items?

Direct fit means, If I order this, I would have to just replace what I get from you in my gearbox?
Is there any video taped about how to do it?

I am asking because as I live on a such small island, I dont know if there will be someone with enough knowledge to do it, and maybe I can go to a machine shop, and lett them help me with this part.

Tools I have is gear puller, but as I have read in older post, heating the gears can help in this job. My tranny is now in the garage, waiting for a new clutch kit, maybe I can order this set and make a complete street race monster out of it.
