Maximum Badass EK's


ahaha excellent pics! i didnt notice but yes, at that time I wanted (and subsequently owned) a facelift civic! (also seems to be a disproportionate amount of yellow civics too :nerv:)

now that I have owned both I think facelift and prefacelift are equally cool. :drive:

Not a fan of them. Too aggressive for my taste :p I mean, I wouldn't use that much downforce at the McDonald's drive-thru.

The style I have been posted is the original American 'JDM' style made popular by groups like FF squad, ATS garage etc etc. OEM styling but with the best available Japanese parts fitted.

The bodykit era comes before and then again after this style.
 
You posted Ryan Der's C-West Civic and the fugly Mugen bodykit Civic yourself on the first page...
How come if someone else posts a Civic with a similar bodykit and wing it's all of a sudden not ok for this thread?

Everyone has their interpretation of 'maximum badass Civics', sorry if my taste doesn't quite meet up to your standards.
And bodykitted Civics have always been around, Ryan Der's Civic along with many other EK Squad members are great examples of this.

Anyway, I'm not looking for a discusion here so I'll just delete them before you have an aneurysm :busy:

lol. this wasnt a 'post up your own badass ek pics' thread, was just a nostalgic post containing pictures from my own photobucket from many years ago. reading is the key.

the mugen kitted jordan is an old school car from Glasgow, of course since your not from here you wouldnt know that.

BUT

so so much went into the B18 build, loads of custom parts and the engine bay was just perfection in my eyes

still remember the feeling of rattling the limiter in 5th through the short box lighting up the dualler with flames after picking it up from Henry's

Digged this one up, it was from the HTUK days. About 2007.



B20 EK IIRC?

 
Sal's EK was soooo cool. Such a good dude as well.

The b20 EK belonged to Hotsuma/James/Pingu/Margunk lol, he is still about as well, drives an E92 M3 these days.

HTUK was great days.
