loud bearing noise

well theres a problem with my car,

sounds like a bearing has collapsed.

it gets louder the more speed you do, it is constant too, even when dipping the

clutch.

it is not making noise on idle while parked.

it also changes note while turning corners,

it gets very grindy going right, and not too grindy going left.

where would i start looking, would it be a bearing in the drive shaft?

its not really violent but has loosened my crank pully? :nono:

Did you shim the diff or atleast check it for clearance?

no i gave my mechanic my box, diff , bearings and synchros... i dunno what he did after that, this was more then a year ago but the car aint seen much use.

@darragh i was thinking that too,

anyone have anythings i can do to test what it might be without pullin everything apart, only need the car to last another week until Oz
 
its a wheel bearing, jack the car and check for play in the wheel
