Loose Connection

Ye Guys,
I have a little wiring problem. I have a red wire with a blue strip with nothing plug onto it in my engine bay. I thought it was my knock sensor connector but that has a yellow wire with a red stripe connected to it already. Anyone has any idea where this clip is to be connected???

is it under the intake manifold? i have it too, its normal... i think its for diagnostics or some crap...

Ye, right under the intake manifold.... i don't think it is for diagnostic. The clip is identical to the one the goes on the IAC valve but only has one wire so it think it is for a sensor....
