The C's position shifter (now discontinued) is much better.

My friend replaced his replica of the C's with the fastline and I too, feel it's quite vague. It really takes some getting used to.... just hope your transmission survives the initiation process.

Chet: that gif you posted looks like the fastline too?

do you have a pic of that C's shifter? is that the one that was like ~$300 and was one of the first shifters available for honda's? I also agree that gif looks like a version 1 Fastline shifter painted red.

And for those who do not know there is a version 1 and a version 2 of the fastline shifters, the version2 being adjustable.

still the best shifter in my opinion for those who want a tall shifter without the vague wet rope sensation of the fastline.

i asked you to post a photo of the shifter not a robotic arm from a sci-fi film, lol j/k, that thing looks wild, how much taller than OEM is it?

haha..I had a comparison shot long ago between the fastline and the C's, but IIRC, the C's was just slightly shorter than the fastline. We're talking less than 0.5in.

I'll have to measure again sometime down the road.

ive always wanted the c's shifter but 1) no way in world i could justify cost of it and 2) almost impossible to get hold of now

The Fastline cost way more that C's....
their doing a bulk order now, so if you want one make sure you e-mail them.
I'm getting one myself.
:nice:

pretty much...pay up front and then just wait.
I think there going to make that batch on that specified date. who ever ordered one will get there's, there won't be any to sell....
i've heard good things about this shifter, so i want to try it out myself.

damit ......just bought a used FLP shifter $50
but
nice find someone needs to pick this up:nice:

Doesnt look like the robot above mind..

IIRC there were 3 versions.

This version you found here, the terminator arm I posted up and another simpler design.

The most expensive one was the Terminator arm, then came the one you posted up and finally the most basic one.
